Thanksgiving weekend holiday hours:
Friday – West side closed. East gym rolling schedule 8am-Noon for Traditional Clovis workout: Run 10 miles + 150 Burpee Pullups
Saturday & Sunday – Regular schedule

Metcon:
Run 10 Miles
150 Burpee Pullups
-Partition as desired
-Split it up with a friend or a group if you’d like
-This workout can take someone up to 2.5 hours, so plan accordingly to make sure you’re done by Noon when the gym closes.

1 lap indoors is 100m
1 lap around the building outside is 350m

TBD (The Big Dave) Created by the 2nd fittest man in the world. 1000 row buy in,10 rds of 10 wall balls and 10 deadlifts @ 135#, then 1000m sell out. Showed up and got buried by Tom and Kyle, but still moved forward 30' today.
