Christmas Day – Both gyms closed
December 26-30th – Regular schedule
New Years Eve – Regular schedule
New Years Day – Both gyms closed

Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 4 Rounds
2 Hang Power Cleans unbroken, rest 10 sec, 2 Power Cleans as singles
-Start at 65% Power Clean and add load each round

Metcon:
EMOM Until Failure, or 10 Rounds
8 GHD Situps
8 Wallballs 20/14lbs
-Add 2 reps to Wallballs each round until you cannot complete the required number in the minute
-Scale WB weight to go unbroken for as long as possible, and scale GHD to situps if needed

Mandatory Mobility:
3 min trap smash per side
3 min adductor smash per side

Optional Additional/Alternative Work:
EMOM 15
1: 6 Ring Muscle ups
2: 6 Deadlifts @ 65% 1RM
3: Recovery Echo Bike
