-Start at 65% Power Clean and add load each round
Metcon:
EMOM Until Failure, or 10 Rounds
8 GHD Situps
8 Wallballs 20/14lbs
-Add 2 reps to Wallballs each round until you cannot complete the required number in the minute
-Scale WB weight to go unbroken for as long as possible, and scale GHD to situps if needed
Mandatory Mobility:
3 min trap smash per side
3 min adductor smash per side
