Bad Medicine

Todd from Aurora will be in house tonight from 5-6:30pm for evaluations. If you have a boo boo or a question pertaining to your body make sure you use this free service provided from our partners Aurora BayCare. 
18.1 is in the books and on to 18.2 this coming Thursday being released at 7pm with the workout to follow. I hope you are all enjoying a little competition in house!

Note: rest remainder of time once work is completed, record every round

5 Deadlift @ approx 75%, rest no more than 3 min between sets
Then
5 rounds of:
1 Deadlift starting @ approx 80% adding load each round resting no more than 2 minutes between sets
