Mobility Tester

Perception is a crazy thing,  While one sees one thing that may be obvious to them another may see something totally different. Take a step back to look at things from a few different angles and maybe we can all have a better understanding of one another.

1.) Mobility Tester
9 minute EMOM, each set beginning at the beep
1, 4, 7 Row max calories in ten pulls, rollover after the pull will count towards total
2, 5, 8 max reps of Hang Power Snatch 75/55lb in 30 seconds
3, 6, 9 max reps of Air Squats in 30 seconds
Note: record totals of each movement
15 minute quad smash session
9 minute EMOM
1, 4, 7 Row max calories in ten pulls, rollover after the pull will count towards total
2, 5, 8 max reps of Hang Power Snatch 75/55lb in 30 seconds
3, 6, 9 max reps of Air Squats in 30 seconds

We will conclude the workout with a class RomWod session
*2.) 1 Push Jerk EMOM for 20 minutes @ 70%

20’ Sled Push 45/25lb
5 Muscle ups 
20’ Sled Push 45/25lb
4 Muscle ups 
20’/3, 20’/2, 20’/1
*4.) 5 x 4 Barbell Bent Over row with a 10 second pause at the top of the pull
Note: rest as needed the 4th rep of each set should cause you shake a little so choose a weight that will facilitate that
