Beef Jerky

Thank you to all that came out to our weekly community workout, it was great seeing some of your faces even if it’s been 3 years! There will be no free community workout or any regular classes after the 11:30am class on Friday until Monday morning at 5:15am due to the 2020 Ice Bowl.

Getting better at things that you like and things you don’t like is the mission of this place. Stop letting what’s in front of you dictate your path you take, sometimes you gotta dead reckon life. Dead reckon means that you are navigating strait ahead regardless of the terrain, not the easiest as far as travel, may run in to a few trees but you won’t get lost. If you want it, just gotta have it, you need to dead reckon your course to this gym and then we can get to work on that getting better stuff.  We are going to try to get everything on the list in this morning.
