1.) Every 2:30 minutes 2 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk – 4 @ 75%, 1 @ 80%

12 Box Jumps 24/20″

6 Hang Snatch 115/85lb

Extra Credit:

1.) 3 Power Snatch ->3 Snatch Push Press -> 3 Overhead Squat – 1 @ 70%, 4 @ 75%

2.) Snatch Pull – 2 x 3 @ 95%,3 x 3 @ 100%

3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
