Row uh oh

Hero Forged Friday is just a day away! All afternoon classes, everyone is welcome to pull up a seat on the old bench and have a beer or two after the workout. Friday is a great day at the gym and then it’s capped off Saturday morning at 8:15am for our weekly Community Workout. Again, everyone is welcome including you, you and you.

1.) Clean Complex Every 2 minutes 2 High Hang Power Clean + 1 Clean for 12 minutes starting at approx 65% adding load each round

1.) Jerk Behind Neck -1 x 2 @ 75%, 4 x 2 @ 80%

Note: drop bar to blocks every rep, use 1 rm split jerk, most of you won’t have one of those so use your c&j 1rm then

2.) Snatch Pull – 4 x 3 @ 100% (of snatch)

3.) 3 Back Squat EMOM for 10 minutes @ 70%
