Rope climb
7 Ring Dips
3.) 3 rounds
7 GH Raise (no bouncing)
10 Bent Over Dumbbell Row (10 each arm)
15 Reverse Hyper

Session 2:
– Deadlift 4 @ 65, 70%, 3 @ 80%, 2 @ 85%, 3 X 1 @ 90%
Note: keep rests under 3 minutes
– 3 rounds
10 Tripod to Headstand
5 Tripod to Handstand
– SPUC

Strict Wide Grip Pull-ups
Strict Narrow Grip Pull-ups
