Sinking In

The back squats today are going to another level, so tighten those belts, grab that ground and say a little prayer!

1.) Every 3 minutes Back Squat 1 x 3@ 65%, 1 x 3@ 75%, 1 x 3@ 85%, 3 x 3@ 90%, 1 x 3@ 95%
2.) Sinking In
30/21 cal Assault Bike
15 Kettlebell Swings 2/1.5 pood
30 Box Overs 24/20”

3.) 3 rounds
Weighted Hip Extension 25lb plate
15 Reverse Hyper

Session 2:
– 5 x 3 Split Jerk @ 75%, begin each set with 5 approx 18” jump and touch to target (use rings for target)
Note: complete all 3 reps prior to dropping to blocks
-Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes complete Snatch Complex starting @ 65% adding load each round
Pull to Hang->Floor->Pull to Hang->Snatch

ME Strict Pull-ups
30 second Hang
ME Strict Deficit 45/25lb Bumper Plates
30 second Handstand Hold
