Workout 14.1

If the direct path to where you want to go is covered with obstacles you can either forge ahead or find a new route. Forging ahead has its qualities but you’re going to fall down in holes, trip over trees and maybe slip in a river but you will not get lost. Find a new route is the second option, if all works out well you will find a well groomed path getting you safely to your destination but odds are you’ll get lost on a path that a tank couldn’t even pass. You make the call but just make sure to make a call.

1.) 10 minute EMOM

Even: 20 seconds ME Banded Rings Dips
2.) Workout 14.1
10 minute AMRAP
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch 75/55lb
3.) for time:
30 seconds ME Abmat Sit-ups
50 Bicycle Crunches (elbow opposite knee touch)
1 minute ME Abmat Sit-ups
50 V-Ups (don’t bend knees)
30 seconds ME Abmat Sit-ups
Session 2:
– Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Note: begin around 85% building to 1RM and use the blocks
– 5-4-3-2-1
Sandbag Clean 150/100lb
25m Sled Push 135/90lb
Note: 5 sandbag cleans / 5 25m sled increments first round, 4/4, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1
– 3 rounds
5 minutes AirAssault ME cal
Rest 3 minutes
