22 Lateral Box Jump Overs 24/20in
11 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 70/50lbs
-Each round has an 8 min cap
-Scale wallball weight to reach 10ft line and finish in 3 sets or less
-Scale T2B volume to something you can complete in 4 sets or less
-Put your head down and work through the rest

Accessory Work:
Every 2:30 for 6 Rounds
2x [2 Pause Strict Press+2 Strict Press] at 50%
2x [2 Pause Strict Press+2 Strict Press] at 60%
2x [2 Pause Strict Press+1 Strict Press] at 70%
-Pause on bottom for 1 second

Scaled to green band Pulls with leg lift instead of TTB ,24 inch box step overs, 20 pound wall Ball, 35# DB. Showed up and moved 30’ Forward. Good work out with friends.
