1 Snatch Pull+1 Squat Snatch (you can drop in between)
-Start at 65% and build to a heavy single for the day (or maybe a new PR!)

10 Double Dumbbell Box Step Overs 50/35lbs 20”
50ft Handstand walk (25ft down and back) OR 5 Wall Walks (both options are Rx and you can switch which one you do each round)

Mandatory Mobility:
3 min glute smash per side
3 min hamstring smash per side
Optional Additional/Alternative Work:

-Rest one minute after each set
