WEEK 2 WOD 4 & 5 Wodapalooza Qualifier

The majority of us will be only spending 2 minutes to find our 1RM Hang Snatch. Be prepared going in to those 2 minutes knowing what you are capable of doing, make that lift and then you will have time for 1 more shot with maybe a few more lbs on the bar. Nothing more fun than throwing some lbs around on a Monday!
Starting next Monday 7:15am class becomes open gym and 8:15am becomes the new class time. You’ve all been asking and now it’s here so make sure you show up and populate it so it stays in our class rotation. Remember the more you show up the more we give you, so show up and get your share of CrossFit Green Bay!

1.) WEEK 2 WOD 4 & 5 Wodapalooza Qualifier
WOD 4 – 2 Rounds for time of:
40 Cal Row
40 Toes to Bar
40 OH Squats
Immediately into…
WOD 5- WITH REMAINING TIME (or if not completed, at the 18:00) find a 1RM Hang Snatch
Elite/Rx, International Cup, Master’s 35-39, 40-44
Overhead Squats – 95, 65lbs
Intermediate/Scaled, Master’s 45-49, 50 , Y. 16-18
30 Cal Row
30 Toes to Bar (Scaled: Hanging Knee Raises)
30 OH Squats – 95, 65lb (Scaled: 45, 35lb)
Youth 13-15
30 Cal Row
30 Toes to Bar (Scaled: Hanging Knee Raises)
30 OH Squats – 75, 55lb (Scaled: 45, 35lb)
*2.) Back Squat 3 reps @ approx 80% every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
*3.) 3 x Snatch Pause Complex @ approx 50% , hold 3 count at each position rest no more than 3 minutes between sets 
Floor to Low Hang(directly below knees)->Floo to Hang(directly above knees)->Floor to High Hang->Snatch
note: do not release the bar until entire complex is complete and attempt to maintain muscular tension throughout complex 
*4.) with partner 
12 minute AMRAP
15 cal Assault Bike
20m Sled Push 3×45/25 45, after sled push print to assault bike and tag out
note: partner resting needs to have the bike set up and ready to roll when working partner tags out. use your time wisely and transitions become better just because 
*5.) With partner Lateral Wallball Toss
100 reps (back and forth equals 1 rep) 
note: vary distance, and direction
*6.) Suck it up
