Deer Hunter Classic

Metcon:
300 Burpees for time
-The experts at this workout will tell you to pick a number to do each minute and STICK TO IT. If you’ve never done this before, choose a lower number than you think you should. Grab a whiteboard and mark lines for each minute and swipe off them as you go.

EMOM Pacing Chart:
18 Burpees Per Minute = 16 min+12 left at the end
17 = 17min+11 left
