Both gyms will be closed for classes on Thanksgiving Thursday.
For Friday, west gym will be closed for classes. East gym will be open from 8am-Noon with a rolling schedule for our annual Clovis workout. It will generally take around two hours to complete, so plan ahead. The last group will be able to start at 10am, unless you’re splitting it with a partner or doing less than the whole workout.

Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 6 Rounds
1 Snatch High Pull+1 Low Hang Power Snatch (just below the knee)+1 Hang Power Snatch
-Start at 60% Power Snatch and add load each round

Metcon:
2 rounds for time
20/16 Cal Echo Bike
35 GHD Situps
50 Wall Balls 20/14lbs
-16 min cap

Mandatory Mobility:
3 min trap smash per side
3 min quad smash per side

Optional Additional/Alternative Work:
6 rounds for quality
Single Arm Hang, 20 secs
8 Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows, pick load
8 Side Lying Dumbbell External Rotations, pick load
