Behemoth

Both gyms will be closed for classes on Thanksgiving Thursday.
For Friday, west gym will be closed for classes. East gym will be open from 8am-Noon with a rolling schedule for our annual Clovis workout. It will generally take around two hours to complete, so plan ahead. The last group will be able to start at 10am, unless you’re splitting it with a partner or doing less than the whole workout.

Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 5 Rounds
10 Deadlifts (unbroken) at 70%

-Pick a weight that you have to be deliberate with and earn the reps. Definitely a weight you need to respect.

Mandatory Mobility:

3 min lat smash per side

Every 3 min for 6 Rounds
1 Max Effort Unbroken set of Strict Handstand Pushups
