Workout 18.1

The CrossFit Games Season has begun with the release of Workout 18.1 last evening. The workout is just a good old fashioned grinder. Efficient movement at a steady eddy pace! We’ve all been training for this open and I believe you are ready so buckle up and enjoy the ride for the next 5 weeks.

Do you have to choose from the get go to do all workouts RX or scaled? Or can you choose each workout what’s best for you? BC this one I could do (slow) but RX but one later with MU or something I’d have to not complete it.

You can switch back and forth. Any workout done Rx will beat out a higher score that is posted as scaled.

10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks
