Session 2:
– 9 minute cap
Begin each round with 100’ Handstand Walk
1-2-3-4-5
Squat Clean 225/155lb
– Every 4 minutes for 5 rounds
15/10 cal Assault Bike
3 Touch n Go Power Snatch
Note: start at approx 60% 1rm snatch adding load each round working up to heavy triple, assault bike meant to get heart rate up

50m Sandbag Carry
50m Sled Push 95/45lb
