2007 RELOAD

Another Saturday and another free community workout for anyone and everyone interested in some exercise outside the box of the “normal” exercise. Great people and a great workout all for the cost of nothing but a hour of your time.
2020 CrossFit Games began yesterday and we shall play along too, 2007 RELOAD goes down at 9:15am and 10:15am today!

7 shoulder-to-overheads
