The Offspring

The gym will be open from 8am-11am on Labor Day for any activities you’d like to do! We will have a workout programmed to honor the 13 heroes that lost their lives in Afghanistan on 8/21, but no specific class times just a rolling schedule. Come in, warm up, and get started. Plan to take up to an hour to finish the workout.

Strength/Skill:
3x600m Assault Bike
Rest 1 min between rounds

Metcon:
10 Rounds
1 Burpee -> Bar Muscle Up (scale to jumping pullup/C2BPU)
-Add one burpee per round, and do a bar muscle up on the last one each round
(ex: on round 7, do 6 burpees and on the 7th, jump straight into your bar muscle up)
