Dutch Harness

Skill/Strength:
Every 2:30 for 6 Rounds
Squat Clean from High Hang, Hang, Hover Off Floor, then Jerk
-Hover off floor position is to maintain tension and not bash it off the floor
-Start at 70% of limiting movement and add load each round

Metcon:
As many reps as possible in 8 mins of
1 Deadlift 335/225lbs
1 Strict Deficit Wall Facing Handstand Pushup 3/1.5”
2 Deadlifts 335/225lbs
2 Strict Deficit Wall Facing Handstand Pushups
-Continue adding 1 rep each round to each movement until time expires
-Scale ROM on WFHSPU, keep DL weight less than 75% 1RM

Accessory Work:
Tabata (20 sec on/10 sec off) Strict Pull-up
Rest 2 mins
Tabata Dumbbell Hex Hold, pick load
Rest 2 mins
Tabata Plate Pinch Hold, pick load

Mobility:
3 min hamstring smash per side
