42:33 VERY SCALED!
*floor to stand rope, 24" box "HSPU," knee raises, blue band pull up, no jump burpees, 25# 1/4 squat thrusters, knee push-ups, 20" step up, normal sit-ups, pathetic attempts at TTB singles, 22 single unders, 45# OH1/4S; knee swelled like it was allergic to a bee sting. Hoping next year proves to be less modified and less swollen!

Scaled a lot of the movements, but showed up and moved forward 30’.

) Chng’d: DL -> RDL (L&R) HPSn -> Alt DBSn (10L/10R) & OHS -> Lunges. Fun morning! Great crowd!!
