Tabata Times Deux

The Packers beat the Giants yesterday and that’s a pretty good way to start your week. Getting in to CFGB for a physically and mentally challenging workout is also a great way to start your week. The best way to start your week though is reserved for those of you that haven’t started at CFGB yet. On Ramp begins today and there’s nothing like changing your life to begin the week. You want in just give us a call or just show up at 6:15am or 7:15pm.

1.) Tabata Times Deux
Row cal 40 seconds max effort 20 seconds rest for 8 rounds
Rest 5 minutes
Row cal 20 seconds max effort 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds
Note: record your lowest calorie row for both 
2.) Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds 10 Unbroken zero pause Back Squats, add load each round. 
*3.) Snatch 
4 @ 60, 65 & 70%
3 @ 75%
2 @ 80%
1 @ 85%
*4.) 100 Medball V-ups, 20/14lb
Note: every time you break complete 5 push-ups, hand release
