Throughout the day myself and Justin are constantly on the floor observing and pushing the athletes. One thing we love to see is great movement and we have always wanted to reward great movement under duress so for the second year we will be awarding that athlete(s) that exemplify this with $500. All competitors in all divisions are eligible to win this bounty. Mechanics Consistency Intensity = $500

Wednesday, February 1  will be the last day to register unless any of the divisions fill up prior to Wednesday. After Wednesday add $25 to the registration of all divisions. Day of registration will not be available. If you want to guarantee your spot sign up asap.
