This Friday the CrossFit Open begins at CrossFit Green Bay!
From 3pm-5:30pm at East Gym we will be running a Friday Night Lights event with action, prizes and tons of fun for our members!
**West Gym will not have 3:30/4:30pm classes for the next three Fridays (West athletes can attend East gym)**

Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 4 Rounds
2 Power Snatch(unbroken)+2 Power Snatch(unbroken)+2 Power Snatch(unbroken) – rest 15 sec between sets of two
