1RM C&J

2017 begins at CFGB today. The Ice Bowl is 5 short weeks away and the 2017 Open is 8 weeks away. Lots of training to be done in in preparation. We are starting our first 21 Day Challenge off today. If you need some help getting yourself ready for the competitions coming up or just are sick and tired of being sick and tired of your shitty diet then you may want to sign up. The cost is 20 bucks and the top 3 contestants will receive cash payouts. Last challenge first prize was $380 and went to Mr. Kurt Koehler. Winners chosen based on 3 points, waist measurements, food log and workout log. Must workout 17 of the 21 days at CFGB unless you have circumstances that make that not possible, just make sure you talk to me to make the proper arrangements. No grains, dairy, booze or sugar is the name of the game but if you happen to slip you are not out of the competition just make sure your write them down. On another note please don’t come up to me and tell me you’re not going to do it because you’re not going to win, you are correct as you’ve already succumb to failure.
