Tricon Prison
Tricon Prison came to be a name as one day while pulling security during a meeting in Afghanistan I overheard the ANA Officer (Afghan National Army) speaking in a quite disgruntled tone to our SFAB (Security Force Assistance Brigade) Advisors. I couldn’t understand what they were saying so I just waited to hear the linguist translate and it turns out that guy’s Commander locked him in a Tricon for like 6 hours because he didn’t do what he wanted him to do. A tricon is just a third of a semi trailer more or less and we used them to store and transport our equipment. Through the US military the ANA now have a whole bunch of them and clearly have found another useful way to use the tricon:) So yeah, Tricon Prison.

21 cal Assault Bike
75 Double Unders
Rest 2 minutes
Note: that rest means go really fast while you’re working so scale accordingly.
2.) Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds 4 Overhead Squat @ 70%
3.) 5 x 1000m Row, rest 1:1
4.) 5 x 3 Snatch @ LH 60%
Then
5 x 1 Snatch adding load each round starting at 60%
