Garbage Truck

On any given day someone is working out, getting their bodies prepared for battle. Up at first light, mid day or after the sun goes down they are there grinding it out for survival. Some will laugh at the thought that people are training for battle and survival and mock it. For those of you that do laugh, CrossFit Green Bay may not be right for you at the moment (the doors are always open for you when the laughter stops) but those of you that smell what I’m throwing at you, the doors of CFGB are open. June 1 will be the first On Ramp of the next chapter. You want in?
