Hero WOD DT

Monday, July 4th, we will have reduced hours from 8am-Noon with a rolling schedule (show up whenever you’d like) to do Lumberjack 20 hero workout or your own Open Gym workout!

Grant will be hosting the Beer Mile at his house this Saturday, July 2nd at noon. Budweiser will be provided to runners. If you’d like another beverage of choice, please bring it yourself.

Metcon:
Five rounds for time of
Deadlift, 12 reps
Hang power clean, 9 reps
Push jerk, 6 reps
-Barbell loaded to 155/105lbs

Accessory Work:
50-40-30-20-10
Bike Cals
Abmat Situps with medball 20/14lbs

Mobility:
3 min Lacrosse Ball Shoulder Smash, per side
3 min Hamstring Smash, per side
