CrossFit Games Event 5

These are the games workouts designed for the best of the best in the game of CrossFit. You can see all their times on the games site, scratch your head and say “how in the world?!?” Again, these workouts were designed for the best with the ability to scale down to whatever level of CrossFit you currently find yourself in. With the ability to see the times we can see Matt Frasier completed Damn Diane yesterday in 2:44. That means regardless of the weight or technical details of the movement Matt completed 1 rep every 1.8 seconds for 2:44, non stop movement. Now add the weight and the deficit, 141 pounds moved every second for 2:44. Β Getting to the point here, can you even do 90 reps of anything in that time frame? If yes, add load, get more technical and if not, get those reps in that time domain and worry about the fancy shit later. Now this only applies if you want to get better at the sport but if you’re happy where you are at, carry on and grind er out. As long as it’s safe it’s cool with us. AMERICA.
Have a great Wednesday!
