Strength 2:
Every 2 min for 6 Rounds
1 Pause Jerk Dip+1 Push Jerk+1 Pause Jerk Dip+1 Split Jerk at 65-75% of 1RM Jerk (whichever is higher)
-1 sec hold in the jerk dip pause. Focus on eyes up and vertical torso
-Sequence looks like: pause at the bottom of dip for 1 sec, then stand up. Do a push jerk. Pause at the bottom of dip for 1 sec, then stand up. Do a split jerk

Mandatory Mobility:
3 min quad smash per side
3 min delt smash per side

Optional Additional/Alternative Work:
