-1 sec hold in the jerk dip pause. Focus on eyes up and vertical torso
-Sequence looks like: pause at the bottom of dip for 1 sec, then stand up. Do a push jerk. Pause at the bottom of dip for 1 sec, then stand up. Do a split jerk
