1.) Find your 1RM Clean & Jerk. You must use no less than 8 sets or no more than 10 sets to reach your PR attempt. ex. Current PR Clean & Jerk 210lb with a goal of hitting 215lb here is what my rep scheme would look like this
barbell x 5, 95 x 2, 115 x 2, 135 x 2, 155 x 1, 185 x 1, 195 x 1, 205 x 1, 215 x
*Do not attempt your current P
*Rest 2:00 minutes between attempt
