1.) EMOM for 10 minutes 5 Strict deficit Handstand Push-up/5 Strict Chest to Bar Pull-up 
2.) 15 Minutes Quad Smashing
3.) 5 minute cap
3 rounds 
20 GHD Sit-ups 
25 Double Unders
4.) 15 minutes calf/Achilles smash
5.) 7 minutes to find 1RM Strict Press
Then every 2 minutes for 10 minutes 10 Strict Press @50% 1RM
6.) Shoulder Smash/Thoracic Roll
