2017 Granite Games Team of 3 Qualifier β€” Workout 3

3 Team Qualifiers for the Granite Games were released this afternoon. Today we will start with workout 3, do workout 2 tomorrow and then 1 on Saturday. Make sure if you are signed up for the comp that you verify your weights and details per your age group.

10 chest to bar pull-ups
15 burpee box jump overs (24/20in)

Weighted Hip Extension, 25/15lb plate
Supinated Grip Bent Over Row 115/85lb 
*3.) 10 rounds for time
2 person Teams, 1 rests 1 works switch after completion of burpees
5 Bar Muscle Ups 
40m Sled Push (20m increments) 3×45/2x45lb
15 Burpees
