CrossFit Green Bay is taking our show to the Main Street Bridge this morning! At 10:30am sharp we will be hosting our weekly community workout in front of the Neville Public Museum thanks to our good friends at Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine and their Open Streets Event. Please feel free to bring as many family members and friends that would like to get their butts kicked a little bit. We will be out at our booth from 9am-1pm where you can bring a friend or two to learn a new movement or even challenge a buddy to a liftoff. CFGB will be giving demonstrations on different lifts and movements throughout the event. 
All CrossFit Classes are cancelled this morning to encourage you all to come and support this great event put on by our favorite partner Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine. Weightlifting class is still on as scheduled. The Gym will reopen from 2pm-4pm for Granite Games athletes to complete or redo any of the qualifier workouts due Monday. Doors will be closing at 4pm sharp so no lolly gagging around. Get in and get out!
