3 sets of 50 UB wallballs with a 10 second rest in between each set. / DL - 3 singles every 2 minutes as directed by Coach Shaw. All reps @ 365# focused on driving through my heels / Sled pushes - 6x40 meters. 2 sets with (2) 45# plates, 3 sets with 3 plates, last set with 4 plates. Planted my foot on some gravel, slipped, and banged my right knee into the cement. Ouch!
