Ambush

We are in the process of painting the trim in the Yoga room so please don’t get too high while you’re in there for Yoga at 10:15am with Coach T this Thursday. 
One quick reminder that the Specialty Class Punch Cards are available for purchase. 10 classes for $100 and they last for 3 months. Use this as a great way to get introduced to Yoga, Pilates, Weightlifting or Gymnastics! Talk to Justin to get signed up!

Shoulder Smash, lacrosse ball 3 minutes per side

*3.) Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3 from Blocks @ High Hang @ approx 70-75% 1RM
*4.) Strict Press from Split Position 10-10-10 @ approx 50% 1RM Strict Press
