HERO's Within

So, I was saying that one of the coolest things about opening this gym was watching my coaches grow in to their shoes.  It is amazing to see, but you know another awesome thing about this gym?  
The fact that we have so many Veterans and active soldiers within our ranks. Opening this gym 8 plus years ago I knew very few veterans, with my sister Holly being was the only direct contact to the military (she’s an Iraq vet if you did not know.) Since I’ve opened, the amount of military service men and women that have walked through these doors has made CrossFit Green Bay what it is today… a God Bless America and God Bless our Veterans place.  And it’s not just in word but in actions. I personally want to thank everyone of you that served in the military.  You have had a substantial influence on myself and my family. Keep kicking ass America, and this workout is dedicated to all Veterans within CrossFit Green Bay!
