Didnt have a rower, so subbed 40-30-20-10 Kb swings @40#, KB sumo squat high pulls @40#, box SUPs, GHD sit-ups instead. 135, 185, 195# for S2OH. Tried 225 but didn’t feel safe, pulled some weight off
