Joe from Aurora will be in the gym tomorrow morning to check out your bumps and bruises from 6:30-7:45am. 
Tomorrow evening, Aurora will be here doing a video shoot during the 5:15pm class, showcasing Jake R as a coach post operation on his shoulder. We encourage athletes to come and show what CrossFit Green Bay is made of, all they ask is that we wear clothing with minimal branding on it please!

1.) Coral
20 minute EMOM
Odd: 20 Wallballs 20/14lb
Even: 20 Double Unders/7 Medball Cleans 20/14lb
2.) 50 GHD Sit-ups for time
*3.) 5 rounds 
10m Yoke Carry, heavy
10m Farmer Carry 135/95lb
5 Box Jumps 36/30
*4.) Snatch 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2×2, 85/1×2
*5.) Snatch Pull 70/3, 80/3, 85/3, 90/3, 95/3
*6.) Row Session
10 minute warmup and cool down
10 X 10 strokes ASAP, row at a slow pace for 2 minutes between each set of 10
