If you haven’t signed up to compete or volunteer for the Ice Bowl yet, please do! We need many more helpers in every aspect from setup, judging, equipment management, and athlete/spectator control.

10 Box Overs 30/24″
2.) Clean Pull 70/3, 80/3×3, 85/3×2, 90/3
3.) Squat 75/3, 85/3, 95/3, 105/3, 110/3×2
Note: squats, front squats, jerks, clean pulls and all clean accessory work is based off of your 1RM Clean & Jerk. Any lift that resembles something to do with a Snatch is based off of your 1RM Snatch. Until further notice so don’t ask again.
4.) Row 2000m for time. 
5.) 100 Med Ball V-ups
Note: if unable to hold flat midline do a modification and do 100 of whatever it is. Ashley is here tonight and she is the midline queen with a large object protruding from it. This is getting close to bye bye Ashley for a while once that little babe gets here so come and use her coaching expertise asap.
