Isabel

Next Monday we begin our first new On Ramp cycle of 2016. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at either 6:15am or 7:15pm. 
Please give us a call or stop in to get signed up! Remember if you bring a friend you each get 15% for the Refer A Friend program!

On a gym note could you guys really stomp your feet at the door to keep the salt out. Thanks. Other than that I hope you are all enjoying your workouts every day you’re here. If you ever have anything you would like to see different, or if you’re just really pleased with one of our coaches, don’t hesitate to mention it. 
We are in a constant effort to keep CFGB ahead of the game.

30 Snatch 135/95lb
note: full or power snatch acceptable
*2.) for time:
50 Toes to Bar 
50 Burpees to 6″ target 
50 Thrusters 45lb
*3.) Power Jerk 60/3, 65/3, 70/2×3, 75/3
*4.) Squat 75/5, 85/5, 90/4. 100/2×3
5.) Row Session
15 minute warm up and cool down 
Test prep: 4 x 250m pieces @ 2K RACE PACE. 2 minute rest in between pieces 
suggested S/R 32-34
