Day 1 On Ramp begins Monday. It’s time to try CrossFit and it’s really time to try CrossFit Green Bay. 
I’m going to head out of dodge for a few days so you guys stay warm and work hard. I’ve got a great week of workouts and enough extra credit to satisfy and demolish those goals of yours. See you all in a few days.

Team WOD  starts at 12 today. Agility course with ribbons and awards await! Let’s fill the gym again this Sunday. If you want to meet new people you don’t get a chance to see during the week this is the workout to do it.
All right you bundle up, it’s going to be a cold week. 

1.) Front Squat 70/3, 75/3, 80/3×2, 85/2, 90/2
2.) Helen

Run 400m
21 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1 pood
12 Pull-ups 
Note: 9 laps inside per 400m
