Shawn Robinson, a long time friend of CFGB, is in town for the weekend and will be coaching a free Pilates class at 7:15am and we’d love for you to participate! 
Come join us at 8:15am for a Free Community workout for anyone and everyone!
1.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
25 Wallballs
25 Double Unders
5 minutes transition 
3.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes 
3 position Clean 1 Jerk (HH,H,F) add load each round
4.) Snatch Pull 80/3, 85/3, 90/3, 95/3, 100/2×2
5.) Squat 75/5, 85/5, 95/2×4, 100/3×2
