Loophole

If you’re planning on signing up for the 2016 Ice Bowl get signed up ASAP. We’ve filled up over 10 more spots just this past weekend. *5.) Row Session
10 minute warmup and cool down 
Row 10 x 10 strokes as fast as possible, row 60 sec. moderate pace in between each set.
