Worked up to a DL single @ 405# then 5x5 DL @ 350# every 2:30 / Ran 1 mile in 6:53 / EMOM10: 2 Strict deficit HSPU on a red and blue plate for 20 total (Approximately 6" deficit) / EMOM10: 1 minute Handstand Hold with legs against bands strung across J-cups. 45 second rest (Laura's turn) between rounds. Suck It Up Plank Challenge complete unbroken for the first time!
