Snatch Complex;Power snatch/Burpee

Free class at 7:00am tomorrow. Kids class and regulars class are cancelled. Any regulars that want to do this WOD can do it during the free WOD at 7. Have fun tomorrow runners, it’s going to be a beautiful day for burpees and weighted miles!! Get hydrated, be prepared and kick some ass.

1. Snatch comple
3 x Power snatch(High hang) Hang squat snatch(above the knees) Squat snatch(basement
2. WO
15-12-9-6-3 reps o
Modify weight as needed. Post highest weight for snatch complex. Complex must be able to be completed without rest so make it weight appropriate.
