Master's Qualifier Event 4

Today is the last day of the Master’s Qualifier for T. We’re all proud of you T! 
Congrats to Ty and Green Bay Barbell attaining 4 golds, a bronze as well as 6 state records on Saturday alone. I’ll update you all on how Larry, Kim, Charlie and Maria did Sunday as soon as I hear. Well done.
Another update on the 3 month eat clean or die challenge. Ok, so maybe it’s not going to be called eat clean or die but it is catchy. Just be ready to start at a moments notice.

Update: Charlie takes a gold and Larry a bronze.

1.) Master’s Qualifier Event 4
For time:
55 burpees (bar facing)
34 overhead squats
21 muscle-ups
Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.
T use 55lb and ring dips
Time Cap: 20 minutes
Pick one extra credit to be done during remainder of class
*2.) 5 rounds, for time
Sled push 20m
10 Strict Handstand Pushups
10 GHD Sit-ups
note: push sled on rubber men add 25lb plate women no load
*3.) Snatch 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/2×2, 80/1
*4.) Squat 75/5, 85/4, 90/3, 95/3, 100/3
note: squat percentages based off of 1RM C&J
*5.) 50 cal Airdyne -> 50 Shoulder to Overhead 75/55lb, for time
