Grimace

Team WOD today at 12 bells. From the picture Tom posted earlier which included a baseball bat, a ball and steel tipped darts it looks like it will be fun. Steel tipped darts are always a key ingredient to a great workout! 
Have a great Sunday!
1.) Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Note: add load each round. Post starting and finishing load. 20 minutes.
2.) Grimace
14 minute AMRAP 
20 Dumbbell Walking Lunges
10 Dumbbell Step Ups
15 Dumbbell Push-ups
Note: men use 50lb women use 30lb Dumbbells
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 seconds hollow rock/superman
