Big Sexy

Just a few notes about the Eat Clean or Die Off challenge board. This is not your typical clean eating contest or whatever it is you’d call it. This is strictly an accountability board for you that you personally
fill out. Daily. You write down your start date and then just record your WOD’s and every time you eat something you’re not supposed to. What exactly is the food you’re not supposed to eat? Most of you are all plenty aware of what is good and what is bad but for those that do not know here you go. Grains, Sugar, Booze are things to avoid. Pretty much everything processed avoid those items too. Vegetable, Fruit, Random Animals and for heaven’s sake will you please eat fat. Fat being avocados, coconut oil, almonds, etc. If you feel you are totally clueless about what you’re eating we can help but before you ask us please spend at least 5 days logging your food prior to talking to us. We can’t help
you if we can’t see what it is exactly you’re doing. I’ll keep adding to this discussion and I’m even pondering starting a page on Fb for current members of our die off board.
It feels like a Hero kind of day.

Sgt. Lance “Big Sexy” McLean, 38, of Biloxi, Mississippi, died on June 29, 2013, from a gunshot wound he sustained in the line of duty on June 28, 2013. Prior to his death, McLean served as a Sergeant with the Sheriff’s Office, and as a member of the SWAT Team in Hood County, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Katy; and two children, Abigail and Quinton.
